Secondary and higher education faculty are the epitome of busy, and the ultimate multi-taskers.  Grading, office hours, research, advisees, etc. make every day an adventure, but also make every day packed with responsibilities.  These duties leave precious little time for the main responsibility: classroom time and classroom preparation.  Faculty rarely has a chance to meet with each other outside of quick chats in the hall or occasional faculty senate meetings.   But your faculty improves the most in the classroom by learning from each other.  Dr. Cubbage facilitates faculty classroom excellence in his seminar:  “Faculty Learning From the Experts…Themselves:  Letting Faculty Share Ideas for Instruction and Classroom Management.”
